Treasured | Michelena Bamford

Michelena will be sharing the intriguing, assemblage folk art practice of MemoryWare with the Vigil attendees. She has created a large scale vessel and invites you to bring a small totem item to adhere to the piece, creating a collective memory bricolage that will reflect the many voices of Calgarians.

Michelena Bamford is a native Calgarian, mosaic artist, community creator, and owner of Wolf Willow Studio. She develops collaborative practices that invite meaningful engagement in the context of space and artifacts of environment.
