Bridge to Peace Threshold Choir

We provide comforting songs to those at the thresholds of life; but not everyone we sing for is dying. We also sing for people who are recovering from surgery or severe illness and for people who may be house-bound or bedridden with chronic conditions. Depending on the setting, groups vary from three to six singers.

We are a diverse group of women (and we welcome men) – we range in age from our thirties to our eighties and have widely differing musical backgrounds. We are nurses, counselors, writers, teachers, administrators, accountants, engineers and more. We are loving friends, mothers, grandmothers, wives and daughters; we know what it is to care for and nurture others. We feel called to offer a transformative and beautiful service for people at major thresholds of life. Our group has no affiliation with any faith tradition and gladly sings for all people.
